ONLINE SHOP ORDER TERMS
- Delivery service is only available within Singapore Island.
- A flat rate delivery fee of $17 (inclusive GST) applies for every delivery order within Singapore via allswellbirdnest.com.sg.
- All prices are subject to 9% GST charges. All prices inclusive of GST.
- For overseas orders, please call our hotline or email us at sales@allswellbirdnest.com.sg to enquire.
- To facilitate online shop order processing, our products come in standard packages, namely;- 50 grams, 100 grams, 150 grams and 300 grams. For any requests on non-standard package, please order via our hotline.
- The payment choices are either direct bank transfer, Paynow. We are currently unable to accept payment by credit/debit cards until further notice.
- Payment via Paynow shall be made at the point of order. Cash payment shall be made at point of delivery of goods.
- For direct bank transfer, your order will only be processed upon receipt of fund from your bank.
- On the next working day after you place an order, we will call you to arrange for delivery.
- Although we will try our best to deliver your order within the indicated timeframe, to help ensure the safety of our delivery men, delivery times may affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions.
- Our products offering and delivery service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
- Access to the site or hotline may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Allswell Venture (S) Pte. Ltd. disclaims all liability for any malfunction, suspension or interruption of the Site or hotline, including inaccessibility due to network problem
- The Online Shop Order Terms, and any disputes arising from the Online Shop Order Terms, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to these Online Shop Order Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of these Online Shop Order Terms.
- We may vary the Online Shop Order Terms from time to time and any use or continued use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of these Online Shop Order Terms. These Online Shop Order Terms, together with the Website Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policies which you may consent to, constitute the entire agreement between Allswell Venture (S) Pte. TERMINATION
Allswell Venture or you may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination of the agreement by you, you are required to destroy: (a) all materials obtained from all Allswell Venture sites, (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the “Materials”); and (c) you shall cease all access and use of the Site. Allswell Venture may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Website Terms will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Singapore, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute.
