Cave Nest Versus House Nest
There is a common myth that "blood nests" acquire their red color from blood in the bird’s saliva, usually priced exorbitantly.
Cave Nests are harvested from natural caves where they are exposed to high humidity and environmental impurities. These lead to oxidation, resulting in the formation of iron oxide—giving the nest its reddish hue - not blood.
Laboratory tests have shown that blood nests typically contain higher levels of nitrite and are more difficult to clean it. In contrast, House Nests, cultivated in purpose-built swiftlet houses, are maintained under strict hygiene standards. These environments are routinely cleaned, and the nests are manually harvested and manually processed. It is known excessive level of nitrate and can have negative health implications. We take grade measures to ensure our bird nest nitrate level doesn’t excessively 30pp.

Bird’s Nest Biscuit
Bird’s Nest Biscuit is considered low quality (“unwanted”) bird’s nest which man makes into the shape of a biscuit. These “biscuits” are put together from bits and pieces of broken bird’s nest, held together in a mould and left to dry. It does not usually expand much after soaking in water and the nest most likely falls apart after soaking in water for an hour.

Freshly Cooked Aromatic Allswell Bird’s Nest For Your Beloved
We recommend double boiling method for cooking bird’s nest. Preferably use a porcelain pot and place the soaked bird’s nest into inner unit and *add a bowl 200ml of fresh water for each piece of bird’s nest, and some rock sugar (according to individual liking) to enhance its taste. Cover the internal pot with lid and placed internal pot into the external pot. Then filled up external pot with water to submerge the internal pot to about half way mark. Cover the external pot with lid and bring external pot to a stove and turn it on to low heating position to cook. After an hour of slow cooking, you can turn off the heat and ladle cooked bird’s nest into serving bowls for you loved one.
*Complementary Chinese herbs that can be added to bird’s nest includes:
Wolfberry (Gouzi), Dried Red Dates and Ginseng slices.
Add complementary ingredients in moderation so as not to eradicate the aromatic taste of Allswell quality bird’s nest.
